The concept is based on creating a cohesive, multifunctional urban environment where residential development is integrated with greenery, recreational areas and shared public spaces.

The arrangement of the buildings creates intimate urban spaces, public squares and pedestrian routes, forming a clear network of connections between different parts of the development. An important aspect of the project is reducing the dominance of car traffic in favour of pedestrians and cyclists, while introducing greenery as an integral part of the public realm.

The overall development was designed to encourage social interaction, recreation and everyday use of shared spaces, offering different levels and forms of activity for its residents.
